I cook at midnight. After work. When all is dark and I am craving. Most of what I cook these days has an Indian (or Thai) flair, because my best-est friend Trobee from the *Naughty Curry spice blog* teaches me a lot and sometimes has me *test* things... :)I am not free when Courtney and Trobee cook their stuff for Naughty Curry and I'd probably be in the way anyway. Guess this is my way or being part of it. And I am lovin'it. I am from the Midwest USA, so the use of all these Spicing techniques is completely new and wild.
